Microchip MPLAB ICD 4

The Microchip MPLAB ICD 4 in-circuit debugger is a straight-forward and really fast debugging and programming tool. It is designed to work with the Microchip range of PIC microcontrollers, dcPIC Digital Signal Controllers and CEC flash microcontrollers.
The MPLAB ICD 4 works alongside the Microchip MPLAB X IDE software which makes it really easy to debug and program. The MPLAB ICD 4 connects to you PC via USB cable and connects to the target board with a debugging connector.
The speed of the MPLAB ICD 4 is made possible by a SAME70 microcontroller. This 300MHz, 32-bit MCU features 2MB of RAM and a high-speed FPGA. This enables speedy communication, downloading and debugging.
