EZRadioPRO® Sub-1GHz Wireless Transmitters/Receivers/Transceivers

The EZRadioPRO® family of highly integrated, flexible wireless RF transmitters, receivers and transceivers offers enhanced parameters and features over those in the EZRadio® range of devices. Designed for more sophisticated ISM band applications these ICs feature support for IEEE 802.15.4g and wireless M-Bus operation. Depending on the device, frequency coverage ranges from 119MHz to 1050MHz with output power of up to +20 dBm and receiver sensitivity down to -133dBm. Other features include a wake-up timer, low-battery detector, transmit and receive data FIFO buffers, power-on reset circuit and general purpose digital I/O. All are housed in a QFN20 package.
