ADF7023 Sub-1GHz IEEE 802.15.4g RF Transceiver

The ADF7023 device is a low power, high performance RF transceiver, designed for operation in the 433MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz frequency bands. It is IEEE 802.15.4g and wMBUS compliant.

RF Frequency Range: 431 to 464 MHz and 862 to 928 MHz ISM Bands
RF Output Power: up to +13.5dBm (Single-ended PA), up to +10dBm (Differential PA)
Receiver Sensitivity: up to -116dBm @ 1kbps
Modulation: FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK or OOK
OTA data rate: up to 300kbps
Optional Manchester encoding, 8b/10b encoding and data whitening
