VCNL4020, VCNL4020X01, Proximity and Ambient Light Sensor with Infrared Emitter, Vishay Semiconductor

The VCNL4020 is a fully Integrated Proximity and Ambient Light Sensor with close-to-human-eye sensitivity. An Infrared Emitter is included in the package. The VCNL4020X01 is Automotive (AEC-Q101) qualified, for vehicle occupant presence detection.
