Linear Technology LTC6905 Resistor set SOT-23 oscillator is a precision programmable MEMS oscillator which is very compact in size, and needs only a single resistor to be able to set the frequency from 17MHz to 170MHz. it has a fast start up time. The CMOS output will ensure fast rise/fall times and rail to rail switching.
