ISL85003(A) Highly Efficient 3A Synchronous Step-Down Regulator Evaluation Boards, Intersil

The ISL85003EVAL2Z and ISL85003AEVAL2Z Evaluation Boards are based on the ISL85003 and ISL85003A, a Highly Efficient 3 A Synchronous Buck Regulators with integrated high-side and low-side FETs. They are intended for point-of-load applications.

Input voltage from 4.5 V to 18 V
Resistor programmable output voltage from 0.8 V, ±1% tolerance
Output current up to 3 A
Efficiency up to 95%
Integrated boot diode with undervoltage detection
Current mode control DCM/CCM
Switching frequency 500 kHz option
External synchronisation up to 2 MHz on ISL85003
Adjustable soft-start time on the ISL85003A
