ISL94203, 3-to-8 Cell Li-ion Battery Pack Monitor Evaluation Kit, Intersil

The ISL94203EVAL1Z kit provides full Li-ion battery monitoring and pack balance control in a complete standalone operation. The ISL94203 IC monitors and converts the cell voltages, pack current, and temperatures to 12-bit digital data.
The computer software graphical user interface (GUI) supports the hooks needed to monitor standalone operation and to demonstrate operation with an external microcontroller. An external microcontroller can override the ISL94203 default operation.

Status LEDs monitor RGO (Regulator Output), EOC (End-of-Charge), SD (Shutdown) and PSD (Pack Shutdown) conditions
Jumper configuration single or split path applications
Wakeup push button for "Exit Sleep" control
FETs off push button for quick all FETs off condition
Cell balance LEDs for multi-cell board process observation
PCB layout accommodates "Solder Braid" addition for high current evaluation
Software enables real-time observation and data collection of 14 analogue measurements and 27 digital status indicators
