Introducing RevPi AIO, the latest in industrial computing from Kunbus. Using a Raspberry Pi Compute Module, the system is able to perform high-performance tasks and applications with ease and accuracy.

Expand your RevPi Core products with a RevPi AIO module. You can expand your system not only by 4 analogue inputs and 2 analogue outputs but also by 2 inputs for RTDs.

Features and benefits

• DIN rail mountable (to EN 50022) & compact in size making it perfect to mount several where space restrictions may apply.

• IP20 rated (effective sealing resistant to foreign bodies such as dirt/dust)

• Polycarbonate housing material prescribed to standard EN 61131-3 (resistance to vibration/shock/damp air/high&low temperatures)

• 2 RTD inputs - enabling temperatures to be measured with high precision ranging from -165°C to +600°C in steps of 0.5 °C using common sensors like PT100/1000 probes. you can plug your probes directly into the device.

• RTD inputs & outputs are galvanically isolated to each other, with differential inputs eliminating ground loops.

• Connect your AIO expansion module to your RevPi base module by means of an overhead PiBridge plug.

• Similar to the digital IO RevPi devices, the AIO is protected against any disturbance according to EN61131-2 and is also protected against static discharges, bursts and surge impulses.

Using the analog I/O - module RevPi AIO your RevPi base module can be expanded by 4 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs and 2 RTD input channels. This expansion module is connected to your base module by the means of the overhead PiBridge plug. Inputs, RTD inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated to each other. Differential inputs eliminate ground loops.
