KEMETs U2J series Multilayer Chip capacitors (MLCC) are considered a "stable" capacitor and have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.U2J dielectric exhibits a negligible shift in capacitance regarding voltage, it also extends the available capacitance range of class 1 MLCC to achieve values only previously available using class 11dielectric materials .Operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C.DC voltage ratings of 10 V, 16 V, 25 V and 50 V.
