Industrial Mini I/O field installable Plug connector kits which provide time saving and reliable wire terminations by using an innovative piercing termination. These Mini I/O plug connectors have a space saving design and are a quarter of the size of a conventional RJ45 plug. This compact size allows increased design flexibility. The contacts of these industrial Mini I/O plug connectors have two points of contact for a reliable electrical connection. This feature and enables the connector to be used in industrial and high vibration environments and enables increased productivity
