Product Details
PIC12F529T39A/48A 8-Bit Flash Microcontrollers
Microchips PIC12 Microcontrollers (MCUs) were the worlds first 8-Pin microcontrollers. Originally launched as One Time Programmable (OTP) parts, this range of devices continues to expand as extra features and further improvements are added.
The PIC12F529T39A/48A family of microcontrollers is based upon Microchips baseline core and features a 4 level deep hardware stack and 34 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 2 MIPS, 2.3 Kbytes program memory with data memory consisting of 201 bytes SRAM and 64 bytes flash. On board is a configurable RC oscillator with ±1% accuracy.
These variants of the PIC12F range have a fully integrated RF transmitter; the PIC12F529T39A is capable of operation in 310, 433, 868 and 915 MHz bands whilst the PIC12D529T48A operates in 418, 434 and 868 MHz.

Microchip PIC12F 8-bit PIC® Microcontrollers
Microchips PIC12F Microcontrollers (MCUs) were the worlds first 8-Pin microcontrollers. Originally launched as One Time Programmable (OTP) parts, this range of devices continues to expand as Microchip adds extra features, further improves specifications and continues to offer ever greater value. Key to the success of the PIC12F was the internal RC oscillator that allowed six I/O channels in an 8-pin package. Later versions of this RC oscillator are configurable between 31kHz and 32MHz.
