STM32F205/215, ARM® 32-Bit Cortex™-M3 Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics high performance ARM® Cortex M3 STM32F205/215 MCU ranges with CPU frequencies up to 120 MHz, up to 1 MB of Flash and advanced connectivity. Applications include motor drive/ application control; Medical equipment; Industrial applications; Alarm systems, video intercom, and HVAC and home audio appliances. The STM32F2x5 ARM processors incorporate 12-bit ADCs, DACs, a RTC, 16-bit timers including two PWM timers for motor control, 32-bit timers, true number random generator (RNG) and are offered in various package types.
