SMART SAM3A ARM® Cortex-M3 Microcontrollers

Based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, the Atmel® SMART SAM3A Flash microcontroller (MCU) is optimized for CAN connectivity and includes a high-speed USB (HS USB) MiniHost and device with on-chip physical layer (PHY). The series also includes QTouch capacitive touch support, enhanced safety and security and low power consumption.
