ROHM LDO Regulator

The ROHM BD33C0AFP series, TO252 package, low saturation 3.3V LDO regulator is a new age device with an output current of 1A. It is used in automotive industries.

• Built-in over-current protection circuit that prevents the destruction of the IC due to output short circuits
• Built-in thermal Shutdown circuit for protecting the IC from thermal damage due to overloading
• Dropout voltage at maximum current is 500mV

• Ultra low saturation with PDMOS output
