USB-to-I²C and SPI Converter, Analog Devices

The EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ USBi device is a stand-alone communications interface, featuring USB-to-I²C and SPI conversion. It connects to a PC USB port and provides either I²C or SPI access to the evaluation board through a ribbon cable. It is compatible with 1.8V and 3.3V target devices and allows for SigmaStudio™ integration for most SigmaDSP® processors. The USBi is powered via the USB cable. The ribbon cable also carries the 5V power supply, which can be used to power the target board if desired.
A small interface board, the ADZS-USBI2EZB (881-3090), allows the EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ to connect to the following Analog Devices evaluation boards and kits: ADSP-21364 EZ-Kit, ADSP-21369 EZ-Kit, ADSP-21469 EZ-Board, ADSP-21479 EZ-Board and ADSP-21489 EZ-Board SHARC®
