Alpha Wire ThermoThin 600 V Hook-up Wire

Alpha Wires ultra-thin flexible ThermoThin hook-up wire is an alternative to PTFE wire, can withstand high temperatures and has been designed to be lightweight and space saving.

The ThermoThin wire range is available in conductor sizes from 36 AWG to 16 AWG. This wire has an exceptionally wide temperature range of -150°C to +300°C. ThermoThin wire’s ECA fluoropolymer insulation contributes to the cable’s smaller size while providing excellent dielectric properties, as well as outstanding chemical resistance.

What is a fluoropolymer?

Fluoropolymers consist of carbon-fluorine bonds and are not bonded easily with other materials due to it being electrically negative. They are resistant to extreme heat, solvents and acids.
