Linear Technology broad range of general purpose successive approximation register (SAR) analog to digital converters (ADC) complete with 10-bit resolution have sample rates up to 5Msps. The SAR ADC provides a single channel or multiplexed as well as simultaneous sampling in a parallel, serial SPI or I2C interface.
