Tektronix Current Probe & Clamp

The Tektronix current probe amplifier is a state of the art device used with the Tektronix TCP404XL probe. It also seamlessly integrates with the Tektronix TDS series oscilloscopes. When used with this probe, the current probe amplifier provides a wide range of current measurement capabilities. Also, it spans the gap between low-level milliamp measurements to very high current levels for simple and easy current measurements and calculations.
