Even if you placed your order by phone, email, fax or mobile you can still track your order two ways:

  • It’s now even easier to see exactly when your parcel will arrive, thanks to our enhanced parcel tracking service. If you are registered, you track your parcel from the homepage inserting your RS Order Number in the 'Track An Order' section.              Or by clicking here - Track your order                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Log in to My Account and click on 'Order history'. Once you are there click on the order you wish to track
