Compact space saving design SMD / BGA rework station with new design nozzle giving consistent hot air temperature using sensor feedback control.
Upgraded power - MAX 500°C/930°F for lead-free soldering and rework applications
Pre-heating, main heating and cooling down can be accurately set and recreated for high accuracy rework
3-step, pre-programmed temperature setting profiles
Integral airflow meter, airflow adjustment and automatic cool-down function avoids heater damage
Power-saving function stops airflow after a specified time period

Pre-heating
Optimum effectiveness will be achieved when using the 803B in conjunction with the FR-820 preheater. Operating the FR-820 via the buttons on the FR-803B shortens the operating time by heating SMD components from top and bottom
